Book Power Juices Detoxification ebook

Though there are many books on nutrition, diet, health correction, and physical training self help books out there, this one has to be one of the more enjoyable to read and certainly one of the easiest formulas to adhere to as presented by Ravi Kishore in his fresh new book THE BIG BOOK OF POWER JUICES. This author `talks' to us in his genuinely helpful book, taking the time to discuss briefly some nutritional facts (some disturbing ones about our global state of diet and many new concepts in approaching the successful influence of food on our health), discusses the concept of creating fresh juices to alter the errors in our current state of nutrition, and then follows his ideas with how to change our old habits with healthy and powerful new ones, all with the focus on the significance of using fresh fruits and vegetables in place of our fast food/hasty error/unhealthful way of abusing our bodies.

Kishore gratefully tells us not only the benefits of fresh juices but also supplies us with recipes for making these juices, the longevity of keeping juices in the refrigerator, juices for weight reduction with an emphasis on juice fasting (preparing for the fast, the actual fast, and breaking the fast), what combinations of vegetables and juices are beneficial for certain diseases and how to retard aging and prevent development of potential diseases. There is more specific information about what fruits and vegetables supply the vitamins, minerals and essential building blocks of health than you will likely find elsewhere.

But in the end, and once he has gained our trust because of the depth of information he has plumbed, the joy of this book is how easy he makes his advice to swallow (pun intended). He writes with a light heart but with a stern guiding light and the result is providing the reader with truly strong and healthy tips on achieving the most out of life by feeding our bodies correctly. This is an excellent resource and a truly fine recipe book (with fine instructions on preparation) to reproduce the Power Juices about which he writes. Grady Harp, June 12
