Read First Before Buy Breville JE900 Fountain Professional Extractor
Anyone reading this review will think I am either nuts or have too much time on my hands. Anyway here goes.I bought both the Jack Lalane and the Breville JE900 with the intent of keeping only one.I tested them both several times side by side using different combinations of fruit and vegetables.I checked for yield, texture and taste. The Breville gave a slightly greater yield. Maybe 5% or so. The pulp left over after juicing was slightly drier with the Breville.The pulp that made it into the drink was finer with the Breville, therefore giving a slightly smoother and less bitter taste.Over all the Breville appeared to be of a better quality I ended up keeping the Breville.This juicer has a very powerful motor and spins at very high RPM s. All this means is that the juice has a shorter shelf life then say a juice that was made with a less powerful motor.For me thats not a problem Good Luck!!
