Best Review on Lexen Products Healthy Juicer GP27
I have had this juicer for over 1 year. It does wheatgrass,
greens, and fruits and vegetables. Instead of having two
juicers one for wheatgrass and one for fruits and veggies
this works great and is affordable. Certain people who are
mechanically challenged should get the DVD or go online to
assemble it, but it comes partially assembled. Very easy to
assemble, disassemble and clean. Works even without electricity
on a picnic table or travel with it. I have used it in a hotel,
and on the road. It is very light weight where most other juicers are 15-25 pounds in weight. This is an incredible buy
and good for one or two persons juicing. If you are looking at
a house full of people it takes time to juice, but the low RPM
no heat gives you the freshest juice while not distroying fragile
enzymes like a high power juicer. Kids even like to make their
own drinks -- and naming them, this is without all that added sugar to hype them up. Every household should have one and now
everyone can afford to juice!!! No need for that $200 -$1,500
expensive heavy juicer NO NO. One downside, the handles do
crack if you load it up with carrots or overstuff with wheatgrass
but they are easily replaceable call the Company. Also they
have a website if you need help or ideas.

For the money, the healthy Juicer works great!! This is the perfect item to get if you are just getting into the idea of juicing. There is no sense in spending hundreds of dollars only to have the juicer sit on your shelf or get sold at a garage sale for pennies on the dollar. The Healthy Juicer is easy to use and clean, and can crank out a decent amount of juice with a little bit of work. I like it best for wheatgrass. It extracts the liquid well without waste. If you are interested in just working with wheat grass, then this is an item you definitely want to purchase!!
BalasHapusI just bought one of these and have to say that my expectations were pretty low. This is the second manual juicer I have bought and the first one was useless.
BalasHapusA few things I really like about this juicer:
1. It's manual, which alot of people seem to be saying is a "con" of the juicer, but I think it's awsome. You use no electricity, you can take it anywhere, and you even get a little arm excersize while using it. SO to those whimps who are complaining about the hand crank I say to you go out and spend your $250 on an electric one and quit bashing this great little unit! I mean seriously, it's not like the company advertized that the juicer would crank ITSELF.
2. The juicer came with several extra parts. I was pleased to see that the juicer came with extra of the items most likely to wear out or break, such as bushings etc. I am an auto mechanic, so I don't guess I am really qualified to say that it was "easy" to put together, but I had not trouble at all. There are instructions, as well as a dvd that DEMONSTRATES exactly how to put the thing together (not that I needed to use either of those). Pause it...slow motion...whatever you have to do to get this thing put together because I assure you it will be worth it.
3. Juice yield. I have to say that I just recently bought a hydraulic press juicer, which is supposed to have the highest yield of any juicer type, and when compared to this little unit I can guarantee I will be using my "healthyjuicer" more than I will that juice press. The amount of juice that this little thing extracts is amazing to me...my mom has one of the green power TWIN GEAR juicers, which are supposed to be the best all around electric juicer you can buy and I think that this little manual one has dryer pulp than what comes out of her $350+ juicer! I was also afraid that it would ONLY be good for wheatgrass and lettuce and stuff, but the first thing I did when I got it was run some carrots through there and it did great! Most other juicers are either good at leafy vegetables and not so good at harder vegetables or vice versa...this one seems to excel at both!
I just can't say enough about this little juicer...the price, the weight, the ease of use and ease of cleaning are enough to offset ANY drawback that anyone has listed in these reviews. My motive for writing this review: I want LOTS of people to go out and buy these things so that the company continues to make them so that down the road when mine finally DOES wear out I will be able to get another one.
I have been using this juicer now for about a month and a half with no problems. Now, I haven't been juicing vegetables, just wheatgrass and spinach. I use my omega for other veggies. That said, the healthy juicer is easy to use, easy to setup and clean and and leaves dry waste coming out, so it's juicing to the max. The DVD is nice in learning how to use it properly and the extra parts are a nice added value feature. For the price and the value, why not try it! I suppose an electric one would be nice, but for a few moments of cranking, I'd rather keep it simple. Buy this one!
BalasHapusI am totally enamored by this juicer.For such a cheap price the product and function is amazing.There is something ineffable about this juicer which forces me to grow my own wheat grass and extract the juice.The juicer extracts every single drop of juice from the wheat grass.Anyone who wants to buy a wheat grass juicer I would suggest buying this instead of a fancy and an expensive one.Even though it is manual but all the work is worth it.
BalasHapusI use this juicer for juicing leafy greens and wheatgrass, and it performs outstandingly well. Assembly, cleaning, etc., are straightforward and quick. The product is very effectively designed and produces high quality green juices that are not exposed to heat and oxidation that can occur with high-speed, electric masticating juicers. I have a (pricy) Champion juicer that I use for juicing carrots, beets, etc., but for greens and grasses, this inexpensive little machine is definitely the way to go.
