Tree of Life Cranberry Concentrate Unsweetened

Cranberry Concentrate Unsweetened Juice Ounces

I was unhappy with mass-marketed juices available at most stores, those being mostly sugarwater, hardly any different from soda pop. So I bought a good juicer (Breville JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus 850-Watt Juice Extractor) and have been happily juicing oranges, pineapples, beets, carrots, celery, you name it. So, what is great about this Tree of Life cranberry concentrate is that I can throw in a tablespoon or so with my natural juice drinks; thereby satisfying my cranberry requirement. It adds tartness to any juice blend-so its going to spice up that bland carrot juice. If the tartness gets to be too much, I add a little maple syrup, which seems to really go well with my blends. By the way, after juicing I blend everything together in my little portable blender (Hamilton Beach 51101B Personal Blender with Travel Lid, Black); or you could do the same with one of those blending cups with the little mixing ball in it (GNC Live Well Mini Blender Bottle 20 Oz). If I'm in a real hurry, I can just mix the concentrate 1 part to 5 parts water, add a little sweetener, and I'm good to go with straight up cranberry juice. I haven't had a cold or flu all winter!
To sum up: concentrate is good 'cause I can put it in my 16 oz. of natural juice. It is strong stuff, which is good. Use natural sweetener if neccessary (honey, maple syrup). This brand is a good product, if a little higher priced.

  3. Getting married in several weeks and apparently almost 40% of the wedding party are teetotalers. We will have the usual assortment of pop but I'd like to have a "virgin bar" or "virgin drink area with something a bit special. My guest list is relatively small with only 38 people give or take 4 more. Suggestions and recipes would be appreciated.
